We go to great lengths to ensure that your order arrives in prime condition. All seafood is delivered in specialty constructed, refrigerated containers that keep your seafood cold and at the peak of freshness. We guarantee that your product will arrive in good condition (which may not be frozen, but will be chilled).

If you are sending our product as a gift to a third party, it will be your responsibility to inform that person of the delivery. Our packages are delivered without a signature requirement to prevent the package from going back to the delivery terminal and spoiling. Packages over $500 require an adult signature.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we have provided handling and storing suggestions to ensure freshness.

LobsterAnywhere.com recommends that fresh seafood and live Maine lobster be prepared the same day. If you must keep them an additional day, you do so at your own risk. All claims must be made on day of delivery by contacting us with your order number. No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery. (We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)

LobsterAnywhere.com will not be responsible for customer errors in incomplete or invalid addresses or when the customer is not available to receive the package. LobsterAnywhere is not liable for replacement or refund of orders for delays related to weather. Damage due to unattended packages or improper storage and handling voids our guarantee.
