You can track your LobsterAnywhere order in two ways:
- Order number and email. Your order number will start with “LA”.
- FedEx or UPS tracking number.
If you placed an order with us you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your email (or spam folder). We send out a couple emails to keep you informed of your perishable shipment.
If you did not receive it perhaps the email was typed in wrong?
You will receive an email:
- when we create your shipping label
- when it is in transit; and
- when it is delivered.
My tracking number does not track?
Your order will not track until it is scanned into the system. This usually happens late afternoon or evening when the package is picked up.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, most likely you will NOT receive your tracking email. Please contact us so we can give you a status update.
