Order Tracking

You can track your LobsterAnywhere order in two ways:

  1. Order number and email. Your order number will start with “LA”.
  2. FedEx tracking number.

If you placed an order with us you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your email (or spam folder). We send out a couple emails to keep you informed of your perishable shipment.

If you did not receive it perhaps the email was typed in wrong?

You will receive an email:

  • when it is in transit; and
  • when it is delivered.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, most likely you will NOT receive your tracking email. Please contact us so we can give you a status update.
