All seafood is delivered in specially designed insulated containers that keep your seafood cold and at the peak of freshness. We guarantee that your product will arrive in good condition (it may not be frozen, but it will be chilled).
Lobster Guarantee
If you are sending our product as a gift to a third party, it will be your responsibility to inform that person of the delivery. We ship without a signature requirement to help prevent packages from being returned to the delivery terminal, where they could be delayed and spoil. Packages over $500 require an adult signature.

LobsterAnywhere.com recommends that fresh seafood and live Maine lobster be prepared on the same day. If you must hold your order an additional day, you do so at your own risk. All claims must be submitted on the day of delivery — no exceptions. (We reserve the right to investigate claims we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)
- LobsterAnywhere.com will not be responsible for customer errors caused by incomplete or invalid addresses or by the customer not being available to receive the package. This includes access to apartment complexes, condos, and residences that require gate or condo codes.
- LobsterAnywhere.com is not liable for replacement or refund for orders affected by weather-related delays.
- Damage due to unattended packages or improper storage and handling voids our guarantee.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, LobsterAnywhere is unable to accept returns. If your order is not delivered, arrives with missing or incorrect items, or there is an issue with the condition of your shipment, please contact us on the day of delivery with your order number. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
