Since 1999, we’ve stood behind the freshness and condition of every lobster and seafood order we ship.
Our freshness pledge: Plucked from the sea, rushed to your door.
We go to great lengths to ensure your order arrives in prime condition. All seafood is packed in specially designed insulated containers to help keep it cold and at peak freshness during transit.
We guarantee that your seafood will arrive in good condition. Frozen products may not arrive completely frozen, but they should still be cold or chilled when received.
Reporting a Problem
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Because we notify you by email and text as soon as your package is delivered, we ask that you inspect your order within 2 hours of that delivery notification. If your package is not delivered, contains missing or incorrect items, or arrives with a problem affecting the condition of the seafood, contact us within that window or call 978-225-8828. Include your order number and, when requested, photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
We review each claim individually. When a claim is approved, we may send a replacement or issue an appropriate refund.
We reserve the right to investigate claims that appear inaccurate, unsupported, or fraudulent.
Returns
Because all products we sell are perishable, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
Do not ship seafood back to LobsterAnywhere unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so. Returning a perishable shipment does not automatically qualify it for a refund.
Our no-return policy does not prevent customers from submitting a claim for an eligible delivery, fulfillment, or product condition issue as described above.
Gift and Signature Deliveries
If you are sending our product as a gift to a third party, you will be responsible for informing that person of the delivery. We ship without a signature requirement to help prevent packages from being returned to the delivery terminal, where they could be delayed and spoil. Packages over $500 require an adult signature.

LobsterAnywhere.com recommends that fresh seafood and live Maine lobster be prepared on the same day. If you must hold your order an additional day, you do so at your own risk.
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover problems caused by:
- An incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
- The recipient is unavailable to receive or retrieve the package.
- Missing apartment, condominium, gate, building, or access information.
- A package being left unattended after delivery.
- Improper refrigeration, storage, handling, or preparation after delivery.
- Carrier delays caused by severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control.
