These were totally delicious. People having concerns that bigger tails are rough or lacking in flavor…not these! They do have texture, not limp or watery but pleasantly firm. Perhaps not quite as sweet as small tails but the trade off of getting real mouthfuls of tasty meat instead of just a small fork full and mainly shell is worth the minimal difference.
