This lobster slider DIY kit includes 2 or 4 lbs. of perfectly cooked Maine Lobster Meat, 12 mini brioche rolls, and Maine sea salt butter.

Makes 12 or 24 mini lobster roll. Our luxurious meat includes big chunk of tail, knuckle and claw meat. Each kit will make a mini roll with a little under 3 oz. of meat depending how heavy handed you are!

Just split the top, toast in butter and load em’ up! Hot buttered or CT style- your choice!
