Sweet shrimp are paired with fresh scallops combined with Ritz crackers, a touch of mayonnaise, special spices and dusted with Panko crumbs. Shrimp & Scallops Cakes are 3 oz. each and make an impressive appetizer and just enough for a special entree.

Pan sear for 3-4 minutes per side or bake in the oven for a dinner that will transport you to the shores of Maine. Cakes are shipped flash frozen.
