    Our Pink Vodka Sauce is an all-natural, delicate cream sauce made with pecorino Romano, vodka, and a splash of tomato. Perfect to cover one pound of raviolis or to simmer your seafood in a sauté pan.

    Net Weight: 8 oz.  (Enough for 1 pound of our Lobster Ravioli.)

    Directions: On low heat, stir for 6-7 minutes or until the center temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Whisk thoroughly and serve with our artisan lobster ravioli.
