Sweet New England jumbo sea scallops wrapped in bacon. We use a large 10 to 20 count scallops so that the texture is delicate and medium firm in the finished product. And we only use the best Atlantic dry sea scallops that are chemical and additive free.
Our bacon wrapped sea scallops will get your next dinner party off to a delicious start. North Atlantic scallops are wrapped in hickory smoked bacon on a wooden skewer.
Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place in oven safe container and cook for 10-15 minutes or until done.
