Cooking and preparing our chowders and soups is a snap! There is nothing to mix or add. Our seafood chowders are made fresh and flash frozen for your convenience.
Cooking Chowders, Soups and Bisque
Stove Top: Place unopened pouch in boiling water and heat for 10-12 minutes for 16oz pouch and 20-25 minutes for cryovac bags. Occasionally stir pouch to ensure uniform heating. Carefully remove pouch using a towel or insulated gloves, snip corner and pour into serving dish. Stir and enjoy! CAUTION contents will be HOT!
Microwave: Cut across pouch. Pour into microwave safe dish. Heat high on
for 2 minutes, stir, heat for an additional 2 minutes. CAUTION contents will be hot!
Chowder and soups may be kept frozen up to six months. Use thawed chowder within 3 days.
