The UPS shipment was delayed for 4 days as a result reported weather problems. The order was obviously spoiled. I anticipated a lengthy process of getting a refund or the order replaced by either UPS or LobsterAnywhere I was pleasantly surprised that LobsterAnywhere sent a replacement within days---no questions asked. A rare experience for me.
