  1. Hi there. Let it snow. Our lobster order is here. It came right on time yesterday evening in perfect condition and frozen. In spite of the horrible weather. Was hesistant at first to order,,,mainly because I didn’t trust that my order would be delivered frozen and that I would have all kinds of problems but,,,my order was delivered frozen rock solid and on time! No Problems. The lobster tails grilled up and tasted Great! Ya’ all keep rocking it, Man!

  3. Thanks for the great service!!! My Lobster arrived an hour before promised and the packaging worked extremely well. All four packages were hard as rocks and looked so bright and fresh. Daughter’s arriving Saturday for a few days and we’re looking forward to some gourmet grits over the next 4-5 days.

  4. I am now officially a client for life! These wonderful folks bent over backwards to get these lobsters to me. I ordered 3 live lobsters for my 50th birthday which had to be delivered to a Fed Ex drop location. They did all the work to make it happen and even hand penned a “Happy Birthday” note with a little gift besides. Feels like family when that kind of thing happens!   5. These were totally delicious. People having concerns that bigger tails are rough or lacking in flavor…not these! They do have texture, not limp or watery but pleasantly firm. Perhaps not quite as sweet as small tails but the trade off of getting real mouthfuls of tasty meat instead of just a small fork full and mainly shell is worth the minimal difference.

  6. I sent these tails as an anniversary gift to my daughter and her hubby thaw them out and grilled them up and they made their day. He said there no problem because of the size, they came out full flavored and tender.

  7. My daughter and her husband loved the gift I set them and raved so much about it, I turned right around and had to order me some. I ordered the even larger tails and grilled up just one so far, it came out so sweet flavorful and tender that I have another one thawing right now to cook up today. Don’t let the idea of being bigger, it’s tough or less flavorful. I was born and raised on the Maine coast and I’ll tell ya these are these are fineast kind!

  8. Up to the point when the UPS driver dropped off the package on my doorstep the process was fabulous. This is the 11th year for our tradition of lobster on new years, the lobster quality is first rate. We look forward to this again next year!

  9. The lobster and lobster bisque were received in excellent condition with very ample frozen
    capability for an additional 24 hours. (I am in Southern California.)
    My notes is in relation the Lobster Bisque which was excellent but with my additional comments.
    As a widowed man who frequently eats by himself the packaging of the bisque let a lot to be desired. If one only uses half the package, as per the instructions, then the majority of the meat stays in the package until the second half is utilized. I truthfully think that the plastic pouch should be replaced with a different kind of container other than the pouch.
