Our twist on the traditional surf and turf is a refreshingly different way to reward seafood and grilling aficionados. Start with our Colossal black tiger shrimp. These EU-certified organic shrimp are peeled and deveined (cleaned). Try them grilled, boiled for shrimp cocktail, or baked for over-the-top stuffed shrimp.  Caught direct from the Maine coast, our 6-7 oz. Lobster tails are packed with sweet meat. Try them steamed with melted butter or split and grilled.  And for the land, grill up our Prime NY strip steaks. You won’t find these steaks at the grocery store either, since less than 2% of beef is certified as USDA Prime. It makes a one-of-a-kind gourmet birthday or anniversary gift.  

Each person receives:

• About 4-5 Colossal Certified organic, All-Natural shrimp
• 1 Prime Sirloin Steak (12 oz. each)
• 1 fresh-frozen 6-7 oz. lobster tail
