Cold-water tails are 6-7 oz. each and full of sweet Maine lobster meat. We do not skimp on shrimp with our 6-8 count beauties. That’s 6-8 per pound. Shrimp can be grilled or boiled for shrimp cocktail or baked for over the top stuffed shrimp. And for the land grill up our Prime NY strips. You won’t find these steaks at the grocery store either since less than 2% of beef is certified as USDA Prime. Makes a one of a kind gourmet birthday or anniversary gift.
